The world as we know it has changed; and in order to embrace our new normal, the Vodacom World Events team now offers a range of end-to-end digital solutions to host conferences town hall’s, team builds, launches, training, and other group events. The dedicated studios within Vodacom World provide a hybrid approach for your events – while presenters are live in the studio, guests connect to the event via an online platform. 

Our studio has a dual LED set application with multiple solutions. The fully digitised LED screens offer an interactive and fully modernised look for any event, allowing the team to host classic digital corporate events, as well as the use green screen technology for a bit of fun to stream on any platform. Whether you want to present from beautiful Bali or always dreamed of being an anchor in a newsroom, our green screen technology options are virtually endless. Using these platforms, the events team have successfully run a number of on-line events to include, but not limited to the Annual Results presentation, the CEO’s conference, Town Hall sessions, a Hackathon across seven countries, various farewell events for employees, as well as the annual CEO Awards. 

Should the traditional in person event be your preference we can also facilitate and host these on your behalf taking in to account all the Government guidelines and restrictions on numbers, and the necessary COVID health and safety requirements.
